The new list is out for next year's Battle of the Books.
Okay,okay, it was out before, but I didn't let my Battle of the Books team members get the list before our competition. Now that the competition is over, they can start on next year's list.
Congratulations to our Battle of the Books Team. They went head to head with 7 other schools in Onslow County. Although we did not place, we were one of 3 schools with a perfect round. The 2 other schools placed in the competition. Paw-some job Panthers!
We are looking forward to a great year of reading.
October 23-27th
We are celebrating Teen Read Week with activities and contests in the library. Come by to check it out.

The library will be open this year for check out and laptop repair. We are so happy to have students back in the library media center.

That's right, the Scholastic Book Fair is coming back to Hunters Creek Middle. The book fair will be in the library media center December 3rd-10th.
